BEAUTY? JUST TIPS ;)

-----------------------
Even tho it can be scary looking at my face, maybe would be worst without all those tips I´m gonna show you today :S
I´m gonna recommend you some basic things I use for my dayly skin care. It will be specially for men as men´s skin is so different of women´s for example because of the shaving.
You have to be very constant and patient, it is important you keep taking care of your skin every day.
So... here we go ;)

------------------------
The most important thing is cleaning; every morning we have to clean our face. I wash mine with a very soft and neutral mousse from SHISEIDO MEN, and once per week I use a very soft exfoliating scrub from CLINIQUE (don´t use exfoliating more than once or twice per week, even tho they are very soft, the can hurt a lot your skin).

-------------------------
Hidratation is very very important too. For the face I use the LOEWE A.C.E COMPLEX X300, perfect for ages from 30, as is extra hidratant and anti fatigue, its parfum is very soft and kinda woody and citric. If you are having a bad moment with money, this super hidratant gel from CLARINS MEN is the same as the Loewe and less expensive, very refreshing tho (both are perfect for after shaving).
For the eyes zone this BIOTHERM HOMME anti-fatigue cold eye-serum is perfect in the morning as it gives you lots of freshness.
For the lips is perfect the NEUTROGENA regenerator vaseline.

---------------------
Use always protection on your face when you go out, sun is beautiful but it can be very bitch and dangerous too. Very high protection is essential for your skin face; the 50+SPF AVÈNE one for sensitive skin is wonderful and non-greasy. And for the arms, neck, etc. any good one 15+SPF or higher.

-----------------------
It´s very important to moisturize your hand in the night when you go to bed. I love the Hidratante Express NIVEA and now I´m testing the FARMAVITAL DERM with rosehip (it smells beautiful :).
And for the feet you an try this DELYPLUS one with urea.

Love Love Love, Daniel
------------------------
I hope those little tips can make your day to day more fun (especially to you, boys ;). But I have to say the most important thing to be ok is to want to be ok!!
Find out little things that make you enjoy will help you and your skin to shine!! :) those tips are just a little help, they are not magic potions.
Very important to do a little bit of sport, walk a lot, don´t use the elevator... and water, you drink LOTS of WATER!!!!! I always drink Font Vella, Solan de Cabras or Evian (any of the three that is on sales in the supermarket).
And very very important too: love and let yourself to be loved ;)

PENHALIGON'S

Gracias Ian ;)!!!
---------------------------
It has been very difficult for me to find a fragance who match with me. And it has been the English perfume House, PENHALIGON'S the one who has conquered me.
This luxurious perfume House was founded in the late 1.860s by William Henry Penhaligon, a Cornish barber who moved to London and who became Court Barber and Perfumer to Queen Victoria. The original shop was situated in Jermyn St, destroyed in The Blitz in 1941. A new Penhaligon's shop was opened in 1975 in Covent Garden.
Going into its shops is just going back in history and traditon; an aura of sophistication surrounds you even when you return to the frenetic of the London streets.
It was my Brother-in-Law, Ian (who has an amazing taste), who introduced me this beautiful brand when he gave to me few collector miniatures and since then I haven´t used another brand. And today I wanna show you what Ian (and Estel my Flat-Girl) gave me as a leaving present whe I moved out of London to Spain. The cologne, shower gel and the beautiful soap, all of them on the Quercus fragance, one of the most elegant and delicated according to the own parfum House. A light burst of citrus and basil supported by a heart of jasmine... absolutely beautiful, and both men and women can use it.
And using Ian´s words when he gave me those presents: "So your English can remember England thanks to your aroma...".
Gorgeous, thank you Ian ;)

PICNICIN'

Back from my beautiful holidays; I had five amazing days, two in Frijiliana (Málaga) with my English and his lovely family :) and three in Almería: hot weather, beaches, friends and chats and walks with mami :)
And when I came back it was lovely weather in Coruña for few days, specially last saturday, as sunny and warm that I didn´t have to wear any jacket or cardingan. So after having breakfast by the marina and buying on the market, my English took me to a PICNIC!!!! :)
We prepared tupperwares with grilled chicken with Mamma Rosa's sauce (+34 675344183) they gave us as a present on the market and a delicious salad my English made with grapes, apple, tomatoe, baby-onion, olives and jamón, just DELICIOUS. We went to the area picnic by the Hercules Tower, beautiful hills by the sea and cliffs. So actually is easy if you want to have a gorgeous and beautiful moment and even for free!!! So, your next day off, you prepare an easy food and go with people you love (or on your own) to a place you like and enjoy the beauty of the moment ;)

MARKET UP ON SATURADY MORNING

Love, Daniel
-------------------------------
Saturday morning are becoming the shopping day for food in the amazing Mercado de la Plaza de Lugo where you can find the best seafood of the city (I will be brave enough to say the best in the country), and vegetables and meat. Getting up a little bit late (9´30-10am), walking by the marina if the weather is nice and having a coffe in the park, is being part of the "ritual" before the shooping-food.
Maybe after the summer I could spend that much time as I think weekends I should be working too (I will let you know soon ;) but by now, I´ll keep enjoying the beautiful walks and breakfast at the marina, and the gorgeous food we get in the Food Market in Plaza de Lugo that it becomes in beautiful menus after cooking it (good way to save money from restaurants and enjoying the house :)

SUNNY COFFEE :)

Couple of weeks ago, and after a while (long while) the sun was shinning!!!!! :)
On friday I finish working at 3pm (only on summer) and on my way home, I decided to buy few magazines and go on my own to read about the spanish society and trends and have a beautiful coffee at La Dársena, a very nice and carismatic coffee shop I think it was a meeting point for writers and artist in another era, maybe still is... with views to the marina and just by my house. The weather was that nice than I could even wear short sleeves!!! (Sounds crazy saying that in July!!!). I was that excited that I decided to get a ticket to spend the weekend in Oviedo- Asturias and give a little surprise to my English ;)
I know we have to protect very well from the sun but it gives us a lot of happyness and LIVE too :)

Lots of LOVE, Daniel
