TELL IT WITH FLOWERS BETTER :)

Love, Daniel

Couple of sundays ago, just before holydays and the moving I had the day off :) so I decided to spend it just by myself, walking around the neighborhood and visiting, before I moved, my lovely FLOWER MARKET.
The weather was AMAZING, so sunny although I had to wear my new blue winter coat :)
So I left home and walked down Hanbury St (my one) taking Princelet St with its cute and beautiful houses and I took few picures of them, the ones I´ve been seeing every single day on my way to the tube...
At the end of Princelet St I got Spitalfields Market and there I got my first All Star in white (I love them!!!! ;)
After that I walked through Brick Lane ending my walk on Columbia Rd.
There every Sunday I hadn´t work, I came to submerge myself into that ancestral atmosphere.
All the little shops open their doors and bring out their products and stuff to sell filling the street with beautiful COLOURS and happyness. Little shops to buy a cute tea pot, a porcelain cup, vintage postcards, trimmings, chinese furniture... but the most relevant thing going on every Sunday here is the gorgeous FLOWER MARKET!!!! :)
Dozens of street stalls appear full of exhotic and absolutely beautiful FLOWERS giving to your eyes one of the best treats.
All the stalls are runned by very english men shouting offering you the best deal to get a bouquet, plants, bulbs, seads, pots ans all kind of FLOWERS for amazing prices. Listening of those men is shouting with their very strong accents is like being in a real movie.
And in every corner you will find cute and charming musicians playing live...so ideal.
So yes, that´s what I did couple of Sundays ago and one of my favourite thing to do in London on Sunday everytime the weather in not very naughty.
Go to Columbia Road, dream up on FLOWERS and let me know about your experience ;)
Super Love, Daniel

Spanish Boy (STILL) In London

Just few hours before I leave london... weird feelings, lots of emotions... and always LOVE.
From everyone, everywhere, everything...
Mix of feelings but at some point, that's life, isn't it?
As once I did heard: "maybe our decisions are who shape our life, without them maybe we wouldn't fall in love, be happy or just be who we are. Seasons change so do cities, but is good to know the ones you LOVE are always in your HEART. And if you are lucky, a plane rides away". So TRUE.
I'm leaving MY LONDON (for how long?), this London that means so much for me and I don't know very well what to say, what to write, maybe because it's so deep and personal. But for all the ones who had been sharing this amazing time with me, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!!!!
And see you IN A BIT.

All my super LOVE, Daniel

WAITROSE BELGRAVIA VS BIRKIN BAG

Love Daniel

I love going to Waitrose Belgravia (in Chelsea) first thing in the morning before I go to work (difficult thing as I am always running late :S) so I can pick up my lunch and the most important thing: I can see the biggest Birkin and 2.55 Chanel bag's collection ever!!!!! I love watching at 9pm all that women buying the food wearing sporty clothe and a £5000 bag; just fab ;)
This supermarket is also super clean and tidy and the stuff is very good quality. The wine selection is big, huge!! And the cheese one... yummi!!! So the sushi and the soups ;P
It was the Dukes of Cornwall Prince Charles and Camila Parker who came to the opening of the store.
But actually, the best is walking around the area and enjoying the beautiful little parks (private) or the stunning mansions around, very english, very Mary Poppins (Supercalifagish ;)
Another amazing thing you can do around if your pocket is not broken, is walk to Sloane Street and pop into Chanel, Dior or Marni...
So now when the weather is getting better, the cold is not killing us anymore and the night makes you beg to seeing it, go to Waitrose Belgravia and enjoy one of the most beautiful and most English areas in London, Chelsea :)

NEVER WITHOUT YOU... AND RIVINGTON

Love, Daniel

I wanted to tell you about this beautiful restaurant which is becoming very important for us, the Rivington Restaurant at Shoreditch.
Almost one year ago my English took me here for dinner in my Birthday, and the night before I went to new York we came here too; so couple of weeks ago we decided to come to celebrate little and important things :) (and to use my mother Christmas present for us ;)
This is one of the best English restaurants, the food is amazing quality and the seafood and fish comes from Cornwall ;)
It is not cheap at all but is not crazy expensive either.
The Rivington is located in one of the coolest areas of the city where lots of graphic and publicity studios are based (only 15 minutes from home ;)
The staff is very nice and they will change your menu if you don't like what you ordered.
Its decoration is gorgeous, very clean and elegant, very dark furniture and white tablecloths, and the walls are decorated with art from different artist. So what else can you ask for? Good food, service, beauty and of course, good company :)

Love, Daniel
